Esdras – Tier 6

Esdras has been with BirthFocus since it’s very beginning in 2001.She enjoys working closely with new and expectant parents and is committed to supporting them through the birth and parenting process. She believes every new family is unique and has different needs. Esdras provides post-partum doula care, prides herself on her expertise with lactation support and excellent cooking, and has training in hypnosis for doulas. Her natural ability to make people calm and feel at ease is what she loves to share the most with the families she works with. Esdras lives in Washington Heights with her husband, 2 children, turtles and cats. She enjoys acting, creative writing, and photography when she has time off from nurturing new families.
