Meredith Coronato — Director
Meredith’s involvement in the birthing community began once she realized that her compassion for people, fascination of the human body, and passion for human rights could serve women and families at a deeply impactful time in their lives. Meredith grew up in a household full of resourceful, independent, vocal women, and as the third of four girls, has grown to intuitively sense the needs and emotions of others. As a dancer, aerialist, athlete, and fitness professional, Meredith has had a long-time relationship with the human body and ultimately a deep respect for its intuitive abilities. Her personal experiences have taught her that the level of support we receive during life’s biggest transitions have a tremendous impact on how positively we view our experiences and ourselves. Meredith teaches Pilates in a private, one-on-one setting, and specializes in pre- and post-natal programming. She is trained as a labor support companion in the Hypnobirthing method, and enrolled in CEAMNY TCP program to become a childbirth educator, and is pursuing a pathway in midwifery. Meredith is also a postpartum doula.
